My name is Jeff Schapiro, and I’m a pastor at Movement Church in Akron, Ohio.  I’m married to my high school sweetheart, Angie, and together we have a smart and handsome toddler named Micah.

I believe God created me to be an adventurer, which is probably why I’ve taken on so many different interests–writing, mixed martial arts, music, literature, etc.–and I talk about all of these things in my blog.

This blog focuses on what God is teaching me about life, faith, family, and leadership, and from the valuable lessons I’m learning I hope you find something valuable too.
